Our History

Onthank Interiors can provide you with the specialized expertise and guidance to help you choose the perfect window treatment for your clients’ interior design projects.

December 1, 1941: Founded by George Onthank, the Onthank Company sold radios and small appliances to customers across the Midwest.
1970s: The Onthank Company moved into the floor covering business and became the largest supplier of carpet, hardwood flooring, and other flooring products in the Midwest.
1980s: The Onthank Company expanded their offerings to include window treatment
2010s: The Onthank Company renamed itself to Onthank Interiors, and moved to specialize exclusively in window treatments and drapery hardware.
